Create the event

Only the date and venue are required. You can also add an event name, time, address, city, ticket link, event link, private notes, and a setlist.

For a tour or a long list, use bulk import with Date | Venue | City | Time on each line.

Build the complete bill

A gig can contain up to 99 performers. Each performer can have a name, Bandpit artist link, role, set time, stage, and position in the running order.

• Use a free-text performer when the other artist is not on Bandpit.
• Link an existing Bandpit artist and invite its admins and editors to confirm the appearance.
• Only an accepted appearance links publicly and appears in the guest artist's gigs, calendar, and fan notifications.
• The event creator remains the owner and keeps the canonical event page.

Calendars and reminders

Visitors can add one event as an .ics file or subscribe to all upcoming shows for an artist. Band members receive one internal reminder close to the gig when email delivery is enabled in production.
