Gigs and public pages
EPK, PDF, and booking enquiries
Give promoters a focused press kit and collect structured booking requests in a private inbox.
Build the EPK
Enable the EPK from the public page editor. Add a short pitch, location, press bio, highlights, typical set length, and technical summary.
Bandpit combines those fields with genres, music, press images, past gigs, lineup, booking contacts, and external links. The public PDF is generated from the same current data, so there is no second press kit to keep in sync.
Receive booking enquiries
A booking form appears when the EPK is enabled and the band has a valid booking email. New requests are emailed to that address and kept in the band's private enquiries inbox for 30 days.
- Track requests as new, replied, negotiating, confirmed, declined.
- Search the inbox, keep an internal note, and contact the sender by email or phone.
- The form uses consent, rate limits, a honeypot, and hashed abuse signals. Raw IP addresses are not stored.
Changing an enquiry status does not reserve the date, create a gig, or send an automatic reply.
