Store rehearsal takes, demos, and stereo backing tracks without publishing them to fans.
Upload private audio
Private audio is available to Pro and trial bands. Choose rehearsal, demo, or backing track. The browser converts the recording to a 128 kbps MP3 before upload. Rehearsals and demos become mono, while backing tracks remain stereo.
- The selected source can be up to 250 MB before browser processing.
- The stored file can be up to 30 MB and 30 minutes long.
- Each band has 1 GB of private audio storage.
- The song page shows upload date, duration, stored size, and total usage.
Use a backing track in Live play
Live play offers the newest ready backing track for the song. One browser tab is the audio output. It plays a silent count-in, then starts the track on the first song section and follows shared pause, resume, cue, and song-change controls.
Private audio is stored in Cloudflare R2 and requires current band membership and Pro access. It is never included on public pages.
