Connect gigs to claimed venue pages and let venue owners approve public event listings.
Link a venue
A gig always keeps its written venue details. You can additionally link it to a claimed Bandpit venue profile, or invite a new venue by email.
- A venue invitation is single-use and valid for 14 days.
- The first signed-in claimant becomes a venue owner and the inviting event is accepted.
- Future event links stay pending until a venue owner accepts or declines them.
- Pending and declined links do not appear publicly as venue-approved events.
Manage a claimed venue
The venue dashboard lists pending approvals and accepted shows. Venue owners can edit the venue name, city, address, bio, website, and public email. A venue can have several owners.
